I had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Chartres. the location was great, with the hotel being within walking distance of the train station and just outside the old city walls. It was so convenient to explore the town on foot, especially since it was reasonably close to the centre of town, only a 10-minute walk away. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had gorgeous linens. I loved the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided, including a large coffee maker and a hanging area for clothes. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a bonus.
All was fine, no complaints.

The hotel's location is great – it's within walking distance of the train station and just outside the old city walls, so it's very convenient to get around. the room is clean and tidy, and comes with tea and coffee making facilities. It has modern facilities and a lovely garden area to relax in after a day of exploring the city.
The breakfast at this hotel is quite limited, with no variety of food. the lack of options was disappointing and doesn't quite match the exceptional service provided by the hostess.

The hotel's location is ideal, just a short stroll from the city centre and close to the iconic cathedral. the rooms are comfortable, with a spacious bedroom and a separate room with a table, fridge, and sofa/bed. the showers are great and the decor is pleasing. the owner is welcoming and helpful, making guests feel at ease. the breakfast options are excellent, with homemade jams and a variety of delicious offerings. the off-street parking and peaceful garden add to the overall charm of the place.
One drawback mentioned by a guest is the lack of storage options in the bathroom, making it difficult to hang towels or place toiletries.

The location of this place was great for me because it was within walking distance of the train station, and it was also a short 10-15 minute walk from a restaurant, Le Saint-Hilaire, where I dined a few times - so convenient!

The property was beautifully designed, quintessentially French with a lovely garden to relax in. The breakfast provided was great, with croissants and yogurt. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the town center and train station.
Finding the property was a bit difficult as there was no visible sign from the road. It was also challenging as it was located on a one-way street.

This hotel was the perfect spot for our romantic escape! The peaceful garden was the best place to relax together, surrounded by fragrant flowers. We also loved being just a short walk from the town center, where we found amazing restaurants and plenty of nightlife. Plus, the breakfast was an absolute delight - fresh coffee, homemade pastries, and locally sourced yogurt made for the perfect start to our days.
The only negative aspect we experienced was the lack of storage space in the room. We had to hang our clothes on a makeshift hanger and there was no place to put our toiletries in the bathroom.

We had a romantic weekend getaway and it was just perfect. the accommodation was recently renovated and really comfortable. the bathroom had a rain shower, fluffy towels and high-quality bed linens. They even provided guides and books about the local area. the best aspects were the delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice and coffee, and the peaceful garden with the smell of honeysuckle. the location was excellent, it was just a short walk to the town center where we found great restaurants and lovely churches.
the sink in the bathroom was too high for my partner who is not very tall and there were no shelves or pegs in the shower room to hang towels or toiletries.
